Here is some general auction information. Check out will open at 9:45 PM. All auction items and certificates must be paid for and picked up following the Auction. The buyer is responsible for removing all purchases from Meadowbrook on the evening of the Auction. Full payment must be made by cash or credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard). Checks are accepted as well and should be made payable to the Meadowbrook School.

Chef of the Month - October - May
Every Meadowbrook Student would like to pick their favorite meal to have for lunch and the winner of this prize will! Your Meadowbrook student and Mrs. Mockaitis will meet and plan his or her special lunch and every lunch (within reason) will be considered. Your child with then announce at assembly his or her food choice. 
Learning Science is Fun
A fabulous Meadowbrook tradition endures. Mrs. Mockaitis has prepared a busy week of Science fun for our students. Beginning on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, Mrs. Mockaitis and Meadowbrook teachers will bring rising second graders and older to the following locations: DaVinci Science Center, Turkey Hill Dairy, the Independence Seaport Museum and the Fairmount Water Works and round it out with a tour of the Mercer Museum and a trip to XL Sports World in Hatfield, PA. This is a learning by doing week and a camp you do not want to miss!
The winning student must have completed first grade to attend. 
Your Own Pajama Day
Everyone wants to spend the day in their jammies. The luck winner of this prize shares with their whole class - a day in their pajamas.
If one family purchases the opportunity, each child in the family will participate with their class.

Well, there you have it, the traditional ABC's of Meadowbrook... yet how is the word tradition defined? It is handing down beliefs and customs over the years, especially those of a special kind. Change is important, new things evolve, and we embrace this all as the years pass by, though, Meadowbrook's are extra special and only those who enter this family know why!

In the Kitchen with Second Grade
Together with Mrs. Mosteller and Mrs. Blumenthal, our second graders have made the loveliest auction item for you. This beautiful apron with each child's hand print will keep you clean while whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen. You will be prepared to tackle French cooking from the following cookbooks; The Food of France by Waverely Root, The World Authority Larousse Gastronomique, The Heritage of French Cooking by The Scotto Sisters & Annie Herbert-Bare donated by Cathy Keim with the matching yellow and gray kitchen accessories. These include: 4 sets of dish linens, colander, small jar, wooden utensils, whisk and a thermometer.

Leave your mark on Meadowbrook and name the three walkways and driveway at Meadowbrook. Your child can choose what to put on the signs and they will be there for the whole year!
